Physical cards

We generally sell physical cards through a network of third-party distributors. We have entered into agreements with 28 distributors across China. These distributors resell the cards to sub-distributors who, in turn, distribute the cards directly to approximately 4,000 Internet cafés, newsstands, convenience stores and other retail outlets throughout China.
Virtual cards
Our virtual prepaid game cards are sold via various platforms as follows:

National distributor: Currently, we distribute our virtual cards primarily through two national distributors.

Telecommunication operators: Our virtual cards are also sold across China through  audio  response  phone  and  mobile services  provided  by  tele-communication operators. These telecommunication operators bundle the collection of fees for our games with the fees for their services to users.
