In April 2010, we acquired C&C Media Co., Ltd. to further expand our overseas operating capabilities. Currently, C&C Media Co., Ltd. operates the Japanese versions of a number of our own games, including “Perfect World II,” “Zhu Xian,” “Forsaken World,” “Empire of the Immortals” and “Swordsman Online.” We also released the Japanese version of “Torchlight 2,” a hit pay-per-install game developed by our majority-owned subsidiary, Runic Games, Inc.
